Shift in sound here – this track is an experiment in using hardware only. The track was sequenced using a Roland MC-50 MK II that stores songs to floppy disks and can trigger sound modules, drum machines, keyboards, etc. The sounds from a Roland U-220 Sound Module (favored on early Disciples tracks) and an Akai drum machine were triggered live and mixed through a mixing board using outboard effects. When trying to title this one, I figured out that it was recorded on an anniversary of Haile Selassie’s coronation.
